New starts and better pics

I have started two new projects since my last update. The first is something I am stitching for my daughters birthday in a weeks time. I haven't got a pic of any stitching yet but here is a pic of the floss toss.
Lovely girly colours for my little girly girl. She is going to be eight and is very excited!
My other new start is another LHN, 'Curly Q Ewe'. This is stitched on a pale pink fabric not white as it looks in the pic. This is really fun to stitch, I especially like the swirly sheep. I didn't have a couple of the floss colours needed but I got those yesterday so I will hopefully be able to crack on with this once I have finished DD's gift.
I had promised better pics of 'Schoolgirl Lessons' so here they are.
And a close up of the ribbon.
Also, as promised, here is a pic of the gift I stitched and framed for my MIL for mothers day.
It's not the best picture, I guess I will have to remember to take pics before framing in the future.
Well that's it for now, have a great week,
Sadie x

Looking forward to see the birthday piece for your daughter. The colors for it are looking great. Curly Q Ewe looks already great, and Schoolgirl Lessons looks fantastic. You did a great finish here.
I really hope you're feeling better soon.

Love the colors in your floss toss. "Curly" will also be really cute when done. Your other pieces are beautiful also.

Hope you are feeling better real soon and the pains disappear.
